免疫检查点蛋白Immune Checkpoint Proteins

General Description
免疫检查点（Immune Checkpoint）通路包括共刺激蛋白（costimulatory protein）和抑制蛋白（inhibitory protein）。共刺激蛋白会传导信号促进对病原体的免疫反应。相反，抑制性蛋白则负向调节淋巴细胞的活性，以防止过度的炎症反应。肿瘤细胞可以通过劫持免疫检查点通路，从而逃避免疫系统的攻击。因此，研究者相信调控免疫检查点通路可使免疫系统重新激活，从而对抗肿瘤。值得一提的是，anti-CTLA4和anti-PD-1单克隆抗体药物已经在多种恶性肿瘤的临床实验中显示了不错的疗效，同时研究人员也在开发针对其他检查点蛋白的抗体药物。Product List

A Comprehensive Collection of Checkpoint Proteins
We provide a comprehensive collection of immune checkpoint proteins. We offer Fc-tagged, His-tagged, Strep-tagged, and/or tag free versions of these proteins. In addition to human proteins, we also offer mouse, rat, rabbit, rhesus macaque, and cynomolgus proteins for your experimental animal studies.
High Quality Materials
The consistency in purity and bioactivity is essential for recombinant proteins. All our proteins have to go through stringent purity and bioactivity assessment in a variety of assays. Common standard include:
a)Purity greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC
b)Bioactivity validated in functional ELISA
c)Endotoxin less than 1EU/µg by the LAL method

Biotin-labeled & Heavy-labeled Proteins Available
